I’m Diamond Staton, the owner and hairstylist behind the chair. My journey with hair began in high school, where I studied cosmetology and earned my license to do what I love. For years, I’ve done hair on the side, but I knew it was time to step into my purpose and take my career to the next level. Now, I’m proud to bring my skills, creativity, and dedication into a business that’s built on hard work, resilience, and heart.

Outside the salon, I’m also starting a new chapter as a college freshman majoring in Criminal Justice and Law — with my eyes set on becoming a lawyer. I’ve faced many challenges in life, and every step of the way has shaped the fighter in me. That same drive fuels everything I do — from advocating for myself to building something that inspires others to do the same.

By my side is my best friend and business partner, Jess. She’s the magic behind the scenes, handling our finances, booking, and operations. With a strong background in e-commerce and content coordination, Jess keeps everything running smoothly. Her passion for beauty and her business savvy make her the perfect co-creator in this journey.
